How to visit Grodno and Brest without visa?
No later than 24 hours before the trip you must fill out a special form;

You must be registered via e-services or at the place of temporary residence at the nearestinternal affairs agencies if you are at the territory of Belarus more than 5 days. If a tourist stays at the hotel, farmstead or apartments, the administration will register him automatically.
Depart in due time of a tour through the definite border crossing (see map).
Presidential decree №300 ”About the establishment of visa-free entry and exit by foreign tourists” was issued for simplifying of visiting some regions of the Republic of Belarus by foreign tourists.
Thus citizens of 74 countries can travel freely to western part of Belarus (Brest and Grodno region) up to 15 days.
Visa-free means visiting only some parts of the country. Marked colorful part of map is visa-free only for individual visiting (not as a part of a tour). Citizens travelling as a part of organized tour groups can move freely at the territory which is marked in red – the whole Brest and Grodno region.
